Industry oriented!

MACHINING

We offer subcontracting for the processing of all materials (black steel, stainless steel, alloys, castings) on conventional and CNC machine tools. We deliver products in single pieces and in small series. We do not offer mass production.

In addition, we have two Haas milling centers in our own workshop:

– 3-axis Haas TM3P (X 1000mm Y500mm Z500mm)

– 3 Axis + 4th Axis Haas Super Mini Mill (X400mm Y300mm Z250mm)

STEEL STRUCTURES

We offer steel structures of any size, both welded and bolted. Comprehensive execution also includes heat treatment services, as well as surface preparation and finishing (sandblasting and painting)

DESIGNING

We provide design services for companies that need technical support. We offer designing of machines and devices, creating technical documentation and making 3D visualizations.

WELDING

We offer welding services for elements of any size and various types of materials – black and stainless steel, as well as special steels.
Welding with the use of MIG, MAG, TIG methods.
We provide full welding documentation (qualifications of welders, WPS, WPQR).
We can offer VT, MT, PT, US and RTG tests.

ASSEMBLY AND SUPERVISION

Installation assistance, complete assembly or assembly supervision ensure that the devices are correctly set up and operated. Proven by L-TECH project management, best practices in the field of installation and assistance during production allow our customers to maximize the use of new devices and reduce their own costs.
